How to read this page
The ten services can be ordered separately or as a chain. The first five prepare a purchasing decision; the next five secure delivery, from bid analysis to acceptance and integration.
- Each service has a code TS-01 to TS-10, named deliverables and an indicative duration.
- A service combines with a reference sub-function: "T2.2·TS-04" = sizing of a pumping system.
- The quote is issued only after the file is opened, in FCFA, based on the need as actually framed.

Role of XP-NOVA
The recommendation is reasoned and traceable: XP-NOVA remains impartial towards suppliers and receives no commission.

Technical architecture
Design the overall system architecture to ensure consistency of equipment, flows and interfaces before any purchase.

Role of XP-NOVA
The role of XP-NOVA is to architect and specify: physical implementation remains entrusted to service providers according to the mandate.
Indicative duration: 10 to 20 days
Sizing
Determine exactly the necessary capacities to avoid costly oversizing as well as risky undersizing.

Role of XP-NOVA
Calculations are based on documented and verifiable assumptions, provided to the client for any subsequent validation.

Specifications
Transform the need into enforceable specifications, in order to launch fair and comparable consultations between suppliers.

Role of XP-NOVA
The specifications are written without favoring a supplier: the selection criteria are neutral and weighted in advance.

Offer analysis
Review and compare received offers rigorously to objectify the supplier choice, beyond price alone.

Role of XP-NOVA
The review is impartial and documented: XP-NOVA controls the compliance of offers with specifications, without bias.
Indicative duration: 5 to 10 days
Testing
Verify, through test protocols, that the delivered equipment actually meets the specifications before commissioning.

Role of XP-NOVA
XP-NOVA defines and supervises tests as a trusted third party; material execution remains with the supplier or a service provider.

Role of XP-NOVA
Verification is factual and traced; it does not replace regulatory certification, outside the scope of XP-NOVA.

Reception assistance
Secure equipment reception: final compliance verification and documented transfer to operation.

Role of XP-NOVA
XP-NOVA assists the client in their receiver role, ensuring objectivity of the minutes vis-à-vis the supplier.
Indicative duration: 2 to 5 days
Integration support
Make sensors, PLCs, management software and traceability platforms work together, and check that the expected data reaches where it is useful.

Role of XP-NOVA
XP-NOVA frames and accepts the integration; configuration and development remain with the selected integrators.

- Equipment supply (we do not sell equipment)
